Apiarios San Martín (ASM)
Apiarios San Martín ("ASM")is a 100% mexican company, dedicated to the production and warehousing of natural honey. The company has the purpose of satisfying the demands of our national and international clients, fulfilling with the highest standards in: quality, service and security.

ASM, in addition to being a company dedicated to honey collection, also has its own honey production, which began in 1982 and continues to this day.

ASM concerned about the quality of its products and trustworthiness of our clients has safe and trust facilities and process, giving ASM the following certifications:
Good Management and Honey Packing Practices Certificate, coordinated by the General Direction of Food Safety in Agrifood, Aquiculture, and Fishing (DGIAAP, for its acronym in Spanish) from the Sanitary, Food Safety and Quality National Service, (SENASICA, for its acronym in Spanish).
NSF- True Source Honey Process and Traceability Certification.
With the main objective of guarantee to our clients the salubrity of our honey, ASM performs strict laboratory analysis to our products. Those analyses are made in Mexico, Europe and United States of America in prestigious laboratories.

BENEFITS OF HONEY
The honey is the world´s oldest known sweetener. The mix of natural sugars and water is absorbed by our organism in a slower way that the normal sugar and makes that we have less sugar ups and downs.
The honey bee is not only a sweetener it also has a lot of little substances (more than 200).
The honey has alimentary and therapeutic properties but also can sweeten up to 25 times more that the regular sugar.
Been the honey rich in polyphenols make it acts as an antioxidant. This is because the polyphenols are bioactive compounds with antioxidant capacity and those generate healthy benefits, prevent several diseases and neutralize aging process, to name a few.
